I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. I was in the Helios Privatkliniken for the removal of a tumour on my kidney. The surgery was performed by Professor Mark Schrader, everything went well, for which I express my gratitude to him and his assistants during the surgery. I would like to say a special thank you to my interpreter Vitaly who was always there to help me during the surgery.The clinic has all conditions for successful treatment and rehabilitation, attentive staff, comfortable environment, large café on the ground floor.

At the beginning of December, we had a detailed chek up in Berlin with the help of the DMU. The initial plan was to undergo all medical procedures in October, but due to the fact that the patients were from Dushanbe (Tajikistan), there were difficulties in obtaining a German visa. As a result, the plan and schedule of medical examinations were changed several times, medical documents and invitations had to be reworked. Thanks to the support of DMU (Maria Shlykova was very grateful) the embassy accepted all the documents and the German visa was issued.In Germany, everything went smoothly, all examinations were held on schedule. We used an interpreter kindly provided by DMU to communicate with German doctors (for a fee).All in all very satisfied!!!

My German experience.In the fall of 2018, I went to the DMU when I realized that our doctors could not cope with my problem.I needed an urgent surgical intervention, and my choice fell on this structure representing the German Medical Union in Moscow.Germans consulted me by correspondence, appointed a surgeon, chose the clinic, and I was in Krefeld Clinic in Germany two weeks later.After a very thorough diagnostics was made, I underwent several perfectly performed surgeries, the success of which was doubted by Moscow doctors.The clinic worked in a well-coordinated way from the cleaning of wards to the catering regime.
