I was living a healthy lifestyle, doing ""chess"" like a normal person. Time was short, I had to react quickly and correctly. No offense will be taken, but for me it was certainly about finding a clinic in Germany. I had to work with Germans and I could not understand the secret of their success in almost any case. Only later a picture emerged. It is a healthy perfectionism, order in the head and diligence. I would like to mention my attending surgeon, Professor Martin, 1 need not mention his last name, I believe that such people should be known by name. Yes, I see you have already found this wonderful man. Such thoroughness, detail, careful tact and confidence, I simply have never heard.In my desperate state I started looking for a clinic in Germany (special thanks to my employer and my friend for the financial and moral support). I compared several clinics and chose DMU and Helios. The main criteria were good reviews, competent representatives and competitive prices. Very important is also a very good experience in the area I am interested in. Helios Krefeld for me turned out to be the best not only in expectation, but also in practice, in all the smallest details.A special thank you to the two lovely girls Julia and Maria. From the first moment of acquaintance they struck me with the quality and speed of interaction. I just formulated questions and the answers were already in the mail. Feedback on Helios Kreifeld Düsseldorf.I had an exostosis on my hip joint removed. Everything went according to the pre-planned schedule.This was helped by a well prepared work by myself and the International department in Dr. Nuraldin and the logistics office.The surgery itself was good (I had two exostoses removed one quite large 9 by 4 cm) and now after 20 days, I feel fully recovered. However, I am sticking to the recommendation not to play sports.A very special thank you to Dr. Kraft for a well done surgery!By the way, the surgery was priced at $23,000 in Israel, which is double the price of Helios.

I recommend the hospital in Erfurt. I want to thank in the first place to Prof. Rosal, who did a great job and I want to say thank you to my doctor and to my medical staff who helped me to understand everything in Russian.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists of Deutsche Medizinische Union. In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them. I would like to share my experience of treatment in Germany. My husband was diagnosed with sigmoid diverticulitis, his intestinal problems started about 15 years ago. Well, in 2018 the question of resection came up. Naturally, if finances allow, it is better to do it in Germany, Israel or Turkey. We had a consultation with doctors from these countries. I think that we would have had the same good result everywhere. In Turkey it would have been cheapest, somewhere around 10000 Euro. Israel has announced the price of 25000, but our Jewish brothers were ready to haggle, up to 22000 for a stay in a double ward. The best option was offered by Germany. The cost of the treatment was 15000 Euro. And while the prices in Israel are the same everywhere, in Germany it all depends on the clinic. We chose Helios Clinic in Leipzig. On the basis of this clinic there is a private department for those who like comfort. It is a 5-star hotel. Professor Bartels operated on us. I stayed in a room with my husband. The environment is perfect. The clinic is perfect and the staff is very good. We were picked up at the airport in Berlin by a Russian-speaking driver and taken to the clinic where an interpreter helped us with the paperwork. We didn't have any language skills, believe me there were no problems at all. To communicate with the staff through an interpreter on the phone. No problems. And in the end - my husband is a healthy person now. I do not believe that one year ago our doctors predicted his life with a stoma (intestine on the belly) in Germany, doctors made laporoscopy, the operation is reminded of only three small punctures.

In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. High professionalism of the staff of this organization allowed us to get a medical visa at the consulate of Germany within one hour!We would like to say a special thank you to Samir, who was in touch with us 24 hours a day, advised us on all issues, and promptly resolved all the difficulties!We are very happy with our treatment at Helios and DMU support!!!

I had a hip replacement at Helios Huls. The surgery was performed by Prof. Kraft, very professional, the pain was minimal, and the prosthesis was the best in the class. I walked on my legs the same evening, and since the next day I walked on crutches, and in 4-5 days I did without crutches. The doctors are excellent, the care is good, wards and the hospital looks more like a hotel/sanatorium - everything is very comfortable and beautiful. Food is also at a high level, the menu is varied, but as for me, a lot of bread. Rehabilitation was very good, we worked with all muscle groups according to individual programme. The groups are not large, there are individual sessions, which is very comfortable. The only problem was the language barrier, not all of the staff understood English, and there were some misunderstandings. I got fast and good support from Bukimed and DMU.
