The situation was critical and we quickly found a clinic and the best professor - maxillofacial surgeon, who we are extremely grateful to! They provided us with full support, gave us answers to all our questions, and the DMU staff was always helpful, caring and interested in solving our problems. Feedback on Helios Kreifeld Düsseldorf.I had an exostosis on my hip joint removed. Everything went according to the pre-planned schedule.This was helped by a well prepared work by myself and the International department in Dr. Nuraldin and the logistics office.The surgery itself was good (I had two exostoses removed one quite large 9 by 4 cm) and now after 20 days, I feel fully recovered. However, I am sticking to the recommendation not to play sports.A very special thank you to Dr. Kraft for a well done surgery!By the way, the surgery was priced at $23,000 in Israel, which is double the price of Helios.

The staff recommended the clinic based on our situation, visa support, recommendations for relocation in Germany - everything was received in full. In September 2019 my little girl was operated on at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt.We applied to many clinics in many countries, nobody wanted to operate on our child, arguing that the child has many serious comorbidities. Only Helios clinic in Germany reacted positively. Thank you all for your active participation!In spring 2020, we are preparing our daughter for her second surgery at the same clinic, a spinal reconstruction surgery. Of course we are anxious, but at the same time with great confidence.We hope very much that we will pass this difficult second stage with the same confidence.I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to our future patients.

My German experience.In the fall of 2018, I went to the DMU when I realized that our doctors could not cope with my problem.I needed an urgent surgical intervention, and my choice fell on this structure representing the German Medical Union in Moscow.Germans consulted me by correspondence, appointed a surgeon, chose the clinic, and I was in Krefeld Clinic in Germany two weeks later.After a very thorough diagnostics was made, I underwent several perfectly performed surgeries, the success of which was doubted by Moscow doctors.The clinic worked in a well-coordinated way from the cleaning of wards to the catering regime. Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us.
