I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was accompanied by our representative Vitaly during my stay in Berlin. I am very grateful to him for his help and exceptional attention to my requests and wishes. All services were rendered professionally, accurately, without any delays. I recommend DMU for cooperation.

The orthopedic surgeon was professional to the core, passionate about his work, even a commercial patient was for him primarily a patient, not a source of income. I read the description of the operation, he remembered and implemented the wishes of the patient (I was very afraid of dislocation of the joint after surgery and he put the prosthesis to ensure maximum range of motion). The surgery was very easy (even though I had a fibula), postoperative period, too; the joint feels very familiar to me now. Financially everything was as honest as possible (after the surgery, we recalculated everything and returned 25% of the money paid). Thank you to the doctor, hospital and treatment company for everything.

In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. As always, trouble comes suddenly! I started to lose my eyesight suddenly. There was a question how to get to Germany for treatment, how much it will cost, how to get a visa quickly? After some monitoring on the Internet, found phone numbers that offer help, but I was afraid, standing on the stakes were health, and even life, as pressure in the eye could lead to irreparable consequences. The trip to our clinic was quick as we stayed with a friend and the accompanying person and the ambulance was taken very quickly. Hello, I would like to share my experience of having a baby in Berlin.For health reasons we decided to have a birth abroad as a matter of urgency. On the Internet I came across DMU by chance among many websites. And I did not regret. They turned out to be very fast with the clear feedback. We chose Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch for our diagnosis. In the clinic we were observed 3 months before the expected delivery. Thanks to the professionalism of doctors everything went perfectly. We thank especially to our interpreters Anna and Elena. Regarding price depends on a specific situation, but in our case had to increase by 30%, because before the birth were weekly visits. The only time was with the registration and export of the child from the European Union - parents' birth certificates had to be sent urgently from Ukraine. Therefore, I would like to suggest companies for cases like ours, and unenlightened like us, at least in the form of an information sheet or references to reliable sources, even before the trip to provide information on the paperwork after the birth of the child and its departure from the country. But all in all it went very well. Thank you so much! If we plan to have another baby we will certainly apply to you.

I am delighted with the team of organizers and treatment.Third stage carcinoma of the thyroid gland.... during the epidemic and closed borders in spring 2020- it is hard to be healthy.... and with cancer all the more..I was not allowed to leave the country for treatment. What Samir and Leonid did - impossible.They organized a plane both to Germany and back, to Ukraine....The treatment is excellent.... in Israel there is a rush around and chaos...in Israel I had a surgery to remove the thyroid gland. In Berlin I had radioiodine therapy...I am thrilled. everything is clear... I understand why the German economy is so strong. The system! You have a system in everything. I love you guys, recommend everyone I know. may God bless you ... I would like to thank DMU employees Maria and Anton.We arranged the initial appointment very quickly. I was very quick, because I was already in urgent need of surgical intervention. I already had a Schengen visa.We had an interpreter at the clinic provided by DMU. He obviously had worked there before, and he knew very well what to do and where to go. Without his help the process of getting the patient to the hospital would have been much longer.We thank our Doctor Prof. Michael Friedrich and his doctor Jörg Stunneck. They solved the problem that the doctors in Russia did not know what to do with. Their treatment was top-notch; they watched us regularly several times a day and even on weekends.After we received the discharge from the clinic, DMU employees translated the document into Russian very quickly.And the biggest thank you for the help with the following situation. On the way back we forgot our backpack on the train. It was already evening, the next morning we had a plane to Russia. In the backpack were all credit cards, all cash and all the passports. Thanks to Maria we got the backpack and flew home safely on our flight.Thank you very much for your work!
