I took my wife to Helios in Leipzig for an operation. Yes, not cheap, but well worth it. I have already had an operation in Germany in another city and in another clinic. But I can't imagine anything better than what we had here. Excellent clinic, professional and attentive staff - from head doctor Sergey Leontev and surgeon Dr. Papp to the doctors, nurses and technicians on site. Excellent personal management from Michael Zaav and Maria Shlykova. The treatment method and the operation were chosen very gently and proved to be extremely effective, and the shoulder function was restored almost immediately afterwards. Both pre- and post-surgical anaesthesia allowed us to avoid any pain. We stayed in a separate room for two of us - it was much bigger than a hotel room, and the food was simply amazing - we travel all over the world and visited various restaurants, but we had never seen such a choice of tasty meals with such large portions. We were also surprised by the free regime of stay: walks are allowed, entrance to the clinic is free. Sanitary processing of the rooms and visitors, as well as staff, is at the highest level. Certainly, I will recommend Helios clinic to those who need cardiovascular treatment, orthopedic problems solving (joints changing and "repairing", etc.). And I would definitely recommend DMU for consultations and travel arrangements.

As always, trouble comes suddenly! I started to lose my eyesight suddenly. There was a question how to get to Germany for treatment, how much it will cost, how to get a visa quickly? After some monitoring on the Internet, found phone numbers that offer help, but I was afraid, standing on the stakes were health, and even life, as pressure in the eye could lead to irreparable consequences. We read about the INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER and decided to trust them. The trip to our clinic was quick as we stayed with a friend and the accompanying person and the ambulance was taken very quickly. The manager was in constant contact with us and we were given a very good time. Feedback on Helios Kreifeld Düsseldorf.I had an exostosis on my hip joint removed. Everything went according to the pre-planned schedule.This was helped by a well prepared work by myself and the International department in Dr. Nuraldin and the logistics office.The surgery itself was good (I had two exostoses removed one quite large 9 by 4 cm) and now after 20 days, I feel fully recovered. However, I am sticking to the recommendation not to play sports.A very special thank you to Dr. Kraft for a well done surgery!By the way, the surgery was priced at $23,000 in Israel, which is double the price of Helios.

We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

We had a check-up at the Meoclinic in Berlin. We were very happy with the results, the doctors at the clinic were very professional, the service and the quality of care was excellent. Overall this clinic is great, I recommend it to everyone. I must also mention Samir who works for Deutsche Medizinische Union, he was always available and helped us with everything. Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us.
