Being in Berlin without knowing the German language we felt very comfortable thanks to Anna's interpreter. Today my husband is in perfect health after the surgery and he fulfilled all the recommendations of Dr. Tesman to whom we owe a special thanks. At the beginning of December, we had a detailed chek up in Berlin with the help of the DMU. The initial plan was to undergo all medical procedures in October, but due to the fact that the patients were from Dushanbe (Tajikistan), there were difficulties in obtaining a German visa. As a result, the plan and schedule of medical examinations were changed several times, medical documents and invitations had to be reworked. Thanks to the support of DMU (Maria Shlykova was very grateful) the embassy accepted all the documents and the German visa was issued.In Germany, everything went smoothly, all examinations were held on schedule. We used an interpreter kindly provided by DMU to communicate with German doctors (for a fee).All in all very satisfied!!!

Our course of treatment will be long and I am sure that we will continue to receive qualified help throughout.

The orthopedic surgeon was professional to the core, passionate about his work, even a commercial patient was for him primarily a patient, not a source of income. I read the description of the operation, he remembered and implemented the wishes of the patient (I was very afraid of dislocation of the joint after surgery and he put the prosthesis to ensure maximum range of motion). The surgery was very easy (even though I had a fibula), postoperative period, too; the joint feels very familiar to me now. Financially everything was as honest as possible (after the surgery, we recalculated everything and returned 25% of the money paid). Thank you to the doctor, hospital and treatment company for everything.

In winter 2018, I decided to have arrhythmia treatment in Germany. Kirill Kalistratov supervised the organization of the trip. With his help, I was selected the best clinic in the city of Leipzig. In April 2019, I was operated in Helios clinic. I rate the organization of the trip and the treatment as excellent. My worries were in vain. Wonderful clinic, great helpful doctors and nurses. We also had a very good diet and excellent care. Thank you very much to the cardiac surgeon S. Richter and Prof. S. Leontjev.

My son is 2 years old and we were having problems with diagnosis in Russia. I found a web-site of Deutsche Medizinische Union on the Internet, left an order and they called me back. Of course we had many doubts because we had contacted strangers through the Internet and were afraid of possible dishonesty, but everything was perfect.We were accompanied by Samir, always in touch and ready to help at any time with any of my questions and problems he solved at once, we made MRI, sonography, diagnosed our baby, we are very grateful to Deutsche Medizinische Union, thank God for that, diagnosis was made in time, if we had searched in Russia we would have lost time and treatment would not have helped so much.

Hello, I would like to share my experience of having a baby in Berlin.For health reasons we decided to have a birth abroad as a matter of urgency. On the Internet I came across DMU by chance among many websites. And I did not regret. They turned out to be very fast with the clear feedback. We chose Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch for our diagnosis. In the clinic we were observed 3 months before the expected delivery. Thanks to the professionalism of doctors everything went perfectly. We thank especially to our interpreters Anna and Elena. Regarding price depends on a specific situation, but in our case had to increase by 30%, because before the birth were weekly visits. The only time was with the registration and export of the child from the European Union - parents' birth certificates had to be sent urgently from Ukraine. Therefore, I would like to suggest companies for cases like ours, and unenlightened like us, at least in the form of an information sheet or references to reliable sources, even before the trip to provide information on the paperwork after the birth of the child and its departure from the country. But all in all it went very well. Thank you so much! If we plan to have another baby we will certainly apply to you.
