The girls work very well. When our daughter (3.5 years old) needed heart surgery and couldn't get to a hospital we called anywhere we could. As a result we got to DMU. There is no point in describing the situation for a long time, they are very precise, the offers are worthy and there is a lot to choose from. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. I would like to thank all the staff in the Cardiac Rhythm Recovery Unit of the Hospital Leipzig for their sensitive and attentive attitude and promptness in solving all problems. On 25 February my husband underwent radiofrequency ablation to restore heart rhythm. He is recovering now and is slowly coming back to an active life. Doctor Sergio Richter who performed the surgery and the head of the clinic Sergey Leontev visited our hospital room after the surgery and explained to us how the surgery was, and what steps to take for further recovery. Special thanks to the coordinator of Deutsche Medizinische Union Nuraltdin who helped us to organize trip and make AHF treatment (it could not have been done any later because of epidemiologic situation), was always in touch with us and is following up his treatment now, interpreter Larisa, medical nurse Tamara. We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

I'm glad I found this clinic, I found a doctor here who will help me make big changes in my life, there is a practice here that I haven't seen in my country, I trust and recommend it to other people.

Hello, I would like to share my experience of having a baby in Berlin.For health reasons we decided to have a birth abroad as a matter of urgency. On the Internet I came across DMU by chance among many websites. And I did not regret. They turned out to be very fast with the clear feedback. We chose Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch for our diagnosis. In the clinic we were observed 3 months before the expected delivery. Thanks to the professionalism of doctors everything went perfectly. We thank especially to our interpreters Anna and Elena. Regarding price depends on a specific situation, but in our case had to increase by 30%, because before the birth were weekly visits. The only time was with the registration and export of the child from the European Union - parents' birth certificates had to be sent urgently from Ukraine. Therefore, I would like to suggest companies for cases like ours, and unenlightened like us, at least in the form of an information sheet or references to reliable sources, even before the trip to provide information on the paperwork after the birth of the child and its departure from the country. But all in all it went very well. Thank you so much! If we plan to have another baby we will certainly apply to you.
