The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. We are not used to the absence of one attending doctor, daily rounds do another doctor. Thank you all for the surgery.

I have a double impression of how the services were provided to me. On the one hand the qualification of the specialists in the clinic is above all praise, they corrected my diagnosis, prescribed medications and helped me very quickly. I had been suffering for a year before. Gastroscopy was better than in Israel and South Korea. On the other hand, in a separate center where they did a checkup we didn't get an ECG alone, though they promised in the documents, and have been translating the results and recommendations for 3 months. The last time I was told they gave it to me for transfer in January. Still no results. Although I repeat, all this was promised. So, I can definitely recommend clinics near Berlin, they are top-notch professionals, but I wouldn't recommend doing a checkup, at least I won't do it again.

I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin. The staff recommended the clinic based on our situation, visa support, recommendations for relocation in Germany - everything was received in full.
