We were contacted by doctors in Düsseldorf who referred us to the Fertility Center Berlin for a consultation.The attitude of the nursing staff, the service and the consultation with Prof. Kentenich were excellent. Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. I took my wife to Helios in Leipzig for an operation. Yes, not cheap, but well worth it. I have already had an operation in Germany in another city and in another clinic. But I can't imagine anything better than what we had here. Excellent clinic, professional and attentive staff - from head doctor Sergey Leontev and surgeon Dr. Papp to the doctors, nurses and technicians on site. Excellent personal management from Michael Zaav and Maria Shlykova. The treatment method and the operation were chosen very gently and proved to be extremely effective, and the shoulder function was restored almost immediately afterwards. Both pre- and post-surgical anaesthesia allowed us to avoid any pain. We stayed in a separate room for two of us - it was much bigger than a hotel room, and the food was simply amazing - we travel all over the world and visited various restaurants, but we had never seen such a choice of tasty meals with such large portions. We were also surprised by the free regime of stay: walks are allowed, entrance to the clinic is free. Sanitary processing of the rooms and visitors, as well as staff, is at the highest level. Certainly, I will recommend Helios clinic to those who need cardiovascular treatment, orthopedic problems solving (joints changing and "repairing", etc.). And I would definitely recommend DMU for consultations and travel arrangements.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.
