Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases in the Best Clinics in Turkey

The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. We are not used to the absence of one attending doctor, daily rounds do another doctor. Thank you all for the surgery.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

I had a hip replacement at Helios Huls. The surgery was performed by Prof. Kraft, very professional, the pain was minimal, and the prosthesis was the best in the class. I walked on my legs the same evening, and since the next day I walked on crutches, and in 4-5 days I did without crutches. The doctors are excellent, the care is good, wards and the hospital looks more like a hotel/sanatorium - everything is very comfortable and beautiful. Food is also at a high level, the menu is varied, but as for me, a lot of bread. Rehabilitation was very good, we worked with all muscle groups according to individual programme. The groups are not large, there are individual sessions, which is very comfortable. The only problem was the language barrier, not all of the staff understood English, and there were some misunderstandings. I got fast and good support from Bukimed and DMU.

In September 2019 my little girl was operated on at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt.We applied to many clinics in many countries, nobody wanted to operate on our child, arguing that the child has many serious comorbidities. Only Helios clinic in Germany reacted positively. Our daughter was successfully operated on by a team of highly skilled professionals under the guidance and direct participation of Professor Dr. Rüdiger Gerlach. The clinic was of the highest medical level and professionalism.Highest possible standards of comfort and care have been reached at the clinic. The orthopedic surgeon was professional to the core, passionate about his work, even a commercial patient was for him primarily a patient, not a source of income. I read the description of the operation, he remembered and implemented the wishes of the patient (I was very afraid of dislocation of the joint after surgery and he put the prosthesis to ensure maximum range of motion). The surgery was very easy (even though I had a fibula), postoperative period, too; the joint feels very familiar to me now. Financially everything was as honest as possible (after the surgery, we recalculated everything and returned 25% of the money paid).
