Good afternoon!I would very much like to share my experience of treatment in Germany, so that those in need of quality treatment abroad can have an idea about it.Accidentally I came across a review on the internet about DMU Treatment Abroad. I applied online and my expectations were 100% fulfilled. The request was processed quickly and I was in contact with a doctor expert Leonid the next day.The qualified physician Leonid is always online, the supervisor Pauline is always available and a wonderful medical translator Alyona is like a ray of light in the dark corridors of an unknown language and available 24 hours a day.And in general it is a strong COMMAND to organize treatment abroad.Experienced medical expert Leonid was able to find brilliant doctor from God, orthopedist-traumatologist Daniel Kendoff! Two surgeries (endoprosthetics) had to be done and the one in January 2019 restored the full range of motion of the hip in a short time. The second surgery ( on the other) joint was done in January this year, also went brilliantly. On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

We would like to express our gratitude to the DMU staff for their prompt assistance! Professional approach and quick solution to our health problems. The situation was critical and we quickly found a clinic and the best professor - maxillofacial surgeon, who we are extremely grateful to! They provided us with full support, gave us answers to all our questions, and the DMU staff was always helpful, caring and interested in solving our problems. We recommend applying to everyone, who is in a difficult situation (God forbid)! Special thanks to our coordinator Svetlana, our translator in Schwerin Marina and our logistician Maria.

In winter 2018, I decided to have arrhythmia treatment in Germany. Kirill Kalistratov supervised the organization of the trip. With his help, I was selected the best clinic in the city of Leipzig. In April 2019, I was operated in Helios clinic. I rate the organization of the trip and the treatment as excellent. My worries were in vain. Wonderful clinic, great helpful doctors and nurses. The girls work very well. When our daughter (3.5 years old) needed heart surgery and couldn't get to a hospital we called anywhere we could. As a result we got to DMU. Registration on the website, short description of the problem and we got a call from the best clinics in Germany. There is no point in describing the situation for a long time, they are very precise, the offers are worthy and there is a lot to choose from.
