I would like to thank all the employees of the Deutsche Medizinische Union for their help and support in arranging my treatment at the Helios Caecilien-Hospital Huels. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. I would like to mention the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness of all the staff at the hospital. I would also like to thank the surgeon Prof. Dr. Kraft, Dr. Hachenberg and Dr. Sauer, all the nurses and the surgical team. THANK YOU. We had a check-up at the Meoclinic in Berlin. We were very happy with the results, the doctors at the clinic were very professional, the service and the quality of care was excellent. Overall this clinic is great, I recommend it to everyone. I must also mention Samir who works for Deutsche Medizinische Union, he was always available and helped us with everything. We were contacted by doctors in Düsseldorf who referred us to the Fertility Center Berlin for a consultation.The attitude of the nursing staff, the service and the consultation with Prof. Kentenich were excellent. After the tests and examinations he answered the questions that we had missed for a year.We were prescribed medication that should increase fertility. Even though it is too early to talk about the results, I would like to express my gratitude for his professionalism.

I have a double impression of how the services were provided to me. On the one hand the qualification of the specialists in the clinic is above all praise, they corrected my diagnosis, prescribed medications and helped me very quickly. I had been suffering for a year before. Gastroscopy was better than in Israel and South Korea. On the other hand, in a separate center where they did a checkup we didn't get an ECG alone, though they promised in the documents, and have been translating the results and recommendations for 3 months. The last time I was told they gave it to me for transfer in January. Still no results. Although I repeat, all this was promised. So, I can definitely recommend clinics near Berlin, they are top-notch professionals, but I wouldn't recommend doing a checkup, at least I won't do it again.

I had a mitral valve surgery in November 2019 at the Heart Center in Leipzig. The operation was a success. Service was excellent. I was met by car. The interpreter was good. The room is big and comfortable. The doctors are very good. Special thanks to the nurses on duty. I liked it. The amount of the risk was repaid on time. I recommend minimally invasive surgeries to Dr. Leontiev S.A.

I am delighted with the team of organizers and treatment.Third stage carcinoma of the thyroid gland.... during the epidemic and closed borders in spring 2020- it is hard to be healthy.... and with cancer all the more..I was not allowed to leave the country for treatment. What Samir and Leonid did - impossible.They organized a plane both to Germany and back, to Ukraine....The treatment is excellent.... in Israel there is a rush around and chaos...in Israel I had a surgery to remove the thyroid gland. In Berlin I had radioiodine therapy...I am thrilled. everything is clear... I understand why the German economy is so strong. The system! You have a system in everything. I love you guys, recommend everyone I know. may God bless you ... When I remember the horror that I had to go through: a diagnosis, do not understand what next??? fear of death.... and you are such a calm and supportive, you can not imagine how you their support and male confidence that you know everything and organize everything ....HUMANLY.... The situation was critical and we quickly found a clinic and the best professor - maxillofacial surgeon, who we are extremely grateful to! In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them.
