Patients can choose the best hospital room to suit their needs. The clinic has a total of 290 hospital rooms, including 10 junior suites, 6 suites and 1 Lenné suite with an area of 150 square meters. Some rooms are located in the clinic's main building, which is considered an architecture monument.
Each room has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay: a large private bathroom with personal hygiene kits, Wi-Fi, TV, a phone, and comfortable beds. Some of the rooms have special working areas and lounge zones.
Patients can request an individual diet plan or select meals from the clinic's menu. There is a Mendelssohn cafe and a restaurant on the territory of the clinic. There is a terrace where patients and visitors can relax with a cup of coffee on sunny days.

The clinic is located in northwestern Berlin on Lake Tegel. There are many supermarkets, cafes, hotels and a bank in the near vicinity of the clinic. The nearest subway station, Alt-Tegel, is 500 meters away from the clinic. It takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown Berlin from there.
