Vivantes am Urban is a teaching hospital of the Charité University Clinic and has more than 13 specialized departments and about 600 beds. Annually it treats 56,000 patients. In 2016, a new modern upscale section with a panoramic view of Berlin was opened. The clinic employs 242 doctors, 562 nurses and 189 support staff.

Getting to the clinic from the airport takes 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by public transit.
