Vivantes Auguste Viktoria treats approximately 70,000 patients annually. It offers the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies. The Auguste Viktoria clinic has a modern inpatient facility with 692 beds, and its Radiology Institute and Rehabilitation Center are outfitted with the most advanced medical technologies.

Its urology laser center has a Holmium system that is used to remove benign tumors (HoLEP). At this time this is the best treatment method available.

The Prostate Cancer Center offers psychological support in addition to highly effective treatments. Each case is discussed by clinic's staff in order to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Services

All patients stay in comfortable hospital rooms with cozy furniture and smart beds that changs the patient's position at the push of a button. Double rooms and VIP rooms with a personal lounge area can be requested for an additional fee.

All rooms have a TV, Wi-Fi, a phone and a personal safe. All rooms have a private bathroom with personal hygiene kits.

Patients can order meals from the clinic's menu or choose something from the buffet. They can grab a snack at the cafeteria, located on the ground floor. Here, patients can choose a light snack or grab a coffee. The cafeteria also sends some basic goods that might come in handy.

Location

The hospital is located in northern Berlin, in a quiet and green district of Kolonie Sonnenbad. The district has many cafes and restaurants, deli shops and supermarkets. There are several metro stations within walking distance from the clinic: Priesterweg, Friedenau and Feuerbachstrasse. It takes about 20 minutes to reach central Berlin from there. It takes about an hour by public transport and about 25 minutes by car to reach the clinic from Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
