I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of the examination of my daughter Nadezhda Rikun in Germany at Helios Klinikum Erfurt. Thank you Eugenia, Luis, Anastasia for your patience, understanding and professionalism. We were at the highest level. We will cooperate with you in future as we are going to have more treatment.

The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. We are not used to the absence of one attending doctor, daily rounds do another doctor. Thank you all for the surgery.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists of Deutsche Medizinische Union. In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them. In general, once again, a huge thank you to everyone, and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services provided by this company

In the difficult situation of COVID-19 we received a quick response, a clear, fast organization of the arrival at the clinic Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig and the start of treatment. Highly professional medical care is combined in this clinic with an attentive, caring attitude. The attending physician continues to advise and guide the patient even after his return home. Thank you so much, Julia, Masha and Martin.In December 2018 I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. For me it was not just a shock, but a cruel blow of fate. I was living a healthy lifestyle, doing ""chess"" like a normal person. Time was short, I had to react quickly and correctly. No offense will be taken, but for me it was certainly about finding a clinic in Germany. I had to work with Germans and I could not understand the secret of their success in almost any case. Only later a picture emerged. It is a healthy perfectionism, order in the head and diligence. I would like to mention my attending surgeon, Professor Martin, 1 need not mention his last name, I believe that such people should be known by name. Yes, I see you have already found this wonderful man. Such thoroughness, detail, careful tact and confidence, I simply have never heard.In my desperate state I started looking for a clinic in Germany (special thanks to my employer and my friend for the financial and moral support). I compared several clinics and chose DMU and Helios. The main criteria were good reviews, competent representatives and competitive prices. Very important is also a very good experience in the area I am interested in. Helios Krefeld for me turned out to be the best not only in expectation, but also in practice, in all the smallest details.A special thank you to the two lovely girls Julia and Maria. I was amazed at their documentary quickness. Sorry for the office poetry, I just can't find another definition. From the first moment of acquaintance they struck me with the quality and speed of interaction. I just formulated questions and the answers were already in the mail. I would like to thank DMU employees Maria and Anton.We arranged the initial appointment very quickly. I was very quick, because I was already in urgent need of surgical intervention. I already had a Schengen visa.We had an interpreter at the clinic provided by DMU. He obviously had worked there before, and he knew very well what to do and where to go. Without his help the process of getting the patient to the hospital would have been much longer.We thank our Doctor Prof. Michael Friedrich and his doctor Jörg Stunneck. They solved the problem that the doctors in Russia did not know what to do with. Their treatment was top-notch; they watched us regularly several times a day and even on weekends.After we received the discharge from the clinic, DMU employees translated the document into Russian very quickly.And the biggest thank you for the help with the following situation. On the way back we forgot our backpack on the train. It was already evening, the next morning we had a plane to Russia. In the backpack were all credit cards, all cash and all the passports. Thanks to Maria we got the backpack and flew home safely on our flight.Thank you very much for your work!

I would like to share my experience of treatment in Germany. My husband was diagnosed with sigmoid diverticulitis, his intestinal problems started about 15 years ago. Well, in 2018 the question of resection came up. Naturally, if finances allow, it is better to do it in Germany, Israel or Turkey. We had a consultation with doctors from these countries. I think that we would have had the same good result everywhere. In Turkey it would have been cheapest, somewhere around 10000 Euro. Israel has announced the price of 25000, but our Jewish brothers were ready to haggle, up to 22000 for a stay in a double ward. The best option was offered by Germany. The cost of the treatment was 15000 Euro. And while the prices in Israel are the same everywhere, in Germany it all depends on the clinic. We chose Helios Clinic in Leipzig. On the basis of this clinic there is a private department for those who like comfort. It is a 5-star hotel. Professor Bartels operated on us. I stayed in a room with my husband. The environment is perfect. The clinic is perfect and the staff is very good. We were picked up at the airport in Berlin by a Russian-speaking driver and taken to the clinic where an interpreter helped us with the paperwork. We didn't have any language skills, believe me there were no problems at all. To communicate with the staff through an interpreter on the phone. No problems. And in the end - my husband is a healthy person now. I do not believe that one year ago our doctors predicted his life with a stoma (intestine on the belly) in Germany, doctors made laporoscopy, the operation is reminded of only three small punctures.
