Visceral Surgery in Clinics

We had a check-up at the Meoclinic in Berlin. We were very happy with the results, the doctors at the clinic were very professional, the service and the quality of care was excellent. Overall this clinic is great, I recommend it to everyone. I must also mention Samir who works for Deutsche Medizinische Union, he was always available and helped us with everything. I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was accompanied by our representative Vitaly during my stay in Berlin. I am very grateful to him for his help and exceptional attention to my requests and wishes. We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

The DMU specialists looked into the examinations and quickly found a suitable clinic and an experienced neurologist. The clinic where I had my consultations is located in the centre of Berlin. Polite staff, knowledgeable specialists, comfortable stay, everything was there. Thank you, I was very satisfied!

I am delighted with the team of organizers and treatment.Third stage carcinoma of the thyroid gland.... during the epidemic and closed borders in spring 2020- it is hard to be healthy.... and with cancer all the more..I was not allowed to leave the country for treatment. What Samir and Leonid did - impossible.They organized a plane both to Germany and back, to Ukraine....The treatment is excellent.... in Israel there is a rush around and chaos...in Israel I had a surgery to remove the thyroid gland. In Berlin I had radioiodine therapy...I am thrilled. everything is clear... I understand why the German economy is so strong. The system! You have a system in everything. I love you guys, recommend everyone I know. may God bless you ... When I remember the horror that I had to go through: a diagnosis, do not understand what next??? fear of death.... and you are such a calm and supportive, you can not imagine how you their support and male confidence that you know everything and organize everything ....HUMANLY.... MONEY WAS NOT THE MAIN THING FOR YOU.... IT CAN BE FELT.... YOU HELPED ME..... I'm glad I found this clinic, I found a doctor here who will help me make big changes in my life, there is a practice here that I haven't seen in my country, I trust and recommend it to other people.
