Thank you so much, Julia, Masha and Martin.In December 2018 I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. For me it was not just a shock, but a cruel blow of fate. I was living a healthy lifestyle, doing ""chess"" like a normal person. Time was short, I had to react quickly and correctly. No offense will be taken, but for me it was certainly about finding a clinic in Germany. I had to work with Germans and I could not understand the secret of their success in almost any case. Only later a picture emerged. It is a healthy perfectionism, order in the head and diligence. I would like to mention my attending surgeon, Professor Martin, 1 need not mention his last name, I believe that such people should be known by name. Yes, I see you have already found this wonderful man. Such thoroughness, detail, careful tact and confidence, I simply have never heard.In my desperate state I started looking for a clinic in Germany (special thanks to my employer and my friend for the financial and moral support). I compared several clinics and chose DMU and Helios. The main criteria were good reviews, competent representatives and competitive prices. Very important is also a very good experience in the area I am interested in. Helios Krefeld for me turned out to be the best not only in expectation, but also in practice, in all the smallest details.A special thank you to the two lovely girls Julia and Maria. I was amazed at their documentary quickness. Sorry for the office poetry, I just can't find another definition. From the first moment of acquaintance they struck me with the quality and speed of interaction. I just formulated questions and the answers were already in the mail. I am very grateful to them for their psychological support and attentiveness. The girls work very well. When our daughter (3.5 years old) needed heart surgery and couldn't get to a hospital we called anywhere we could. As a result we got to DMU. Registration on the website, short description of the problem and we got a call from the best clinics in Germany. There is no point in describing the situation for a long time, they are very precise, the offers are worthy and there is a lot to choose from. We decided to undergo treatment in Leipzig and we did not regret one bit. Overall, I can highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. In winter 2018, I decided to have arrhythmia treatment in Germany. Kirill Kalistratov supervised the organization of the trip. With his help, I was selected the best clinic in the city of Leipzig. In April 2019, I was operated in Helios clinic. I rate the organization of the trip and the treatment as excellent. My worries were in vain. Wonderful clinic, great helpful doctors and nurses. We also had a very good diet and excellent care. Thank you very much to the cardiac surgeon S. Richter and Prof. S. Leontjev.

At the beginning of December, we had a detailed chek up in Berlin with the help of the DMU. The initial plan was to undergo all medical procedures in October, but due to the fact that the patients were from Dushanbe (Tajikistan), there were difficulties in obtaining a German visa. As a result, the plan and schedule of medical examinations were changed several times, medical documents and invitations had to be reworked. Thanks to the support of DMU (Maria Shlykova was very grateful) the embassy accepted all the documents and the German visa was issued.In Germany, everything went smoothly, all examinations were held on schedule. We used an interpreter kindly provided by DMU to communicate with German doctors (for a fee).All in all very satisfied!!!

In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. High professionalism of the staff of this organization allowed us to get a medical visa at the consulate of Germany within one hour!We would like to say a special thank you to Samir, who was in touch with us 24 hours a day, advised us on all issues, and promptly resolved all the difficulties!We are very happy with our treatment at Helios and DMU support!!!

I have a double impression of how the services were provided to me. On the one hand the qualification of the specialists in the clinic is above all praise, they corrected my diagnosis, prescribed medications and helped me very quickly. I had been suffering for a year before. Gastroscopy was better than in Israel and South Korea. On the other hand, in a separate center where they did a checkup we didn't get an ECG alone, though they promised in the documents, and have been translating the results and recommendations for 3 months. The last time I was told they gave it to me for transfer in January. Still no results. Although I repeat, all this was promised. So, I can definitely recommend clinics near Berlin, they are top-notch professionals, but I wouldn't recommend doing a checkup, at least I won't do it again.
