Travelling to Germany in Leipzig in a cardiac logistics clinic. We asked for advice on examination and further treatment of my son communicated directly with Dr. Nuraldin. Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists of Deutsche Medizinische Union. In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them. In general, once again, a huge thank you to everyone, and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services provided by this company

My son is 2 years old and we were having problems with diagnosis in Russia. I found a web-site of Deutsche Medizinische Union on the Internet, left an order and they called me back. Of course we had many doubts because we had contacted strangers through the Internet and were afraid of possible dishonesty, but everything was perfect.We were accompanied by Samir, always in touch and ready to help at any time with any of my questions and problems he solved at once, we made MRI, sonography, diagnosed our baby, we are very grateful to Deutsche Medizinische Union, thank God for that, diagnosis was made in time, if we had searched in Russia we would have lost time and treatment would not have helped so much.

Thank you to all the staff at the hospital for the examinations and treatment, all the examinations and surgeries were quick and efficient and a lot of thanks to Dr. Michael Bartels and Dr. Tatjana Hindensperger. The hospital had a very comfortable environment and good nutrition.I would also like to mention a very good work of the logistic team. Maria Shlykova dealt with all the organizational matters quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank her for the constant contact and attention she has always shown.

Through this agency I was able to find a clinic with a high level of service and, most importantly, where they seem to know how to solve our problem. It would have been difficult for me to find the right clinic on my own.The answers to my inquiries were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know.

Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin.
